Production Facilities

The manufacturing equipment consists of various types of lathes, a milling and boring centre, a boring and facing machine, boring mill, universal mill, various drills, grinders, rotary tables, welding units and machines, lapping machines, a band saw, a hydraulic press, hydro test facilities, gas test facilities, cranes and forklifts.  Especially noteworthy is the Giddings & Lewis CNC horizontal borer, which enables Delta to manufacture all solid block trees and similarly configured equipment in Doha, to highest industry standards.

Service Facilities

Much of the machinery and equipment used in the manufacture of Delta products is also utilized in the service, repair and refurbishment of existing valves and wellhead equipments.

Full capability exists in Doha to refurbish all types of valves, wellhead and related oilfield products, including wire line and drilling BOP’s and SSV’s, such as DLPO gate valves and large pipeline ball valve / actuators.

All procedures, systems, and equipments are subject to the same scrupulous quality assurance standards.  A set of written Technical Specifications is constantly maintained for repair works.  For each repair and remanufacture project, an individual Quality Plan is drawn up, unless an existing one is deemed satisfactory.
