Delta Corporation offers complete sets of composite and block trees (Dual and Single).

Composite tree generally consist of the following, Studded adaptors, Tree caps, Specific number of gate valves, chokes and studded trees or crosses upon customer request. In the figure we show the standard configuration for onshore use with the following Spec. (4-1/16”, 3000psi, PSL1, NACE)-075-MS. The tree cap can have different threads such as VAM, NEW VAM, EUE etc. We can also provide actuated valves for safety purposes.

Chokes can be positive or adjustable depending on the customer requirements. All these configurations can be provided with different sizes ranging from 2-1/16” to 5-1/18” with also different pressure rating and PSL requirements.

Design Features:
 
 Tubing hanger sealing in the tree block can be by plastic energized integral packoff seal, by viton S-seal or metal seal with resilient seal backup.

 The forged block material is designed to limit operational stresses in service within ASME and API stress limits.

 Hydraulic actuators are designed for the specific valve forces involved. Hydraulic or Pneumatic actuators can be utilized.

 Forged tree caps can be to end user specification to meet existing servicing equipment requirements.

 Chokes, a variety of adjustable or fixed bean chokes can be offered to API 6A specification.
